How many possible colors that can CSS offer us to decorate?

Just to know the count of colors other than the named colors.

@Calvin there are only 16,777,216 colors. The shading are already accounted for in the 16.8 Million

To be exact, it's 16,777,216 ~ 16.8million colors. Yet it's still not including color shading in which you can adjust it using alpha value.
