Programming forum [Eng/Ger]

Question

I already tried to find an answer in this forum but couldn't. I am searching for another forum for programmers. It should be for beginners and overall for every programming language(in my research I just found them for specific language). +I don't know with are good. I would prefer a german forum, but english is fine, too.
Do you have any experience with good forums?
Kennt jemand ein gutes Forum für Beginner, die sich auf noch keine Programmiersprache festgelegt haben?

I've visited codecademy, tree house and many coding sites but I choose Sololearn because of its embodiments, go to play store you may find a German coding app.
