What is your reason for going to the dark Web?

I think it could be used to enforce only 'authorized' people can access your website. So, if I have a website that I want to share without having to worry about it being 'searchable'. If that's what I want, I guess that's an option.
I could be off about this, I don't know much about computer networks. 😝

if you use the tor browser for example the anonymity is as good as guaranteed

In short mainly to make money the easy way. Although its not that cool but if done right could bring in more cents.
