A wrong CSS question

Here's the wrong question: In CSS, there are 16 basic names for color. Which of the following names does not belong to them? O cyan O fuchsia O aqua O Olive We know that there are 140 names acceptable in CSS or HTML. Why it says" 16 basic names "?

Why only 16? What about the others? https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_names.asp by the way the right answer was "olive" but in your link olive one of the 16 colors!
