how much time it'll take me to make a whole website if i keep learning html css javascript daily..?

it depends on how badly you want to get your site up and running. your still learning so while your learning why don't you code your website along with it. have your notepad open as you learn new things add those things on to your working project so you can learn and built your website simultaneously. whole website can be done in 5min buy a domain upload your files and done. if your going to crate a big site than it can take weeks and months. but again it depends on how quickly you want your site up and running.
