Should i learn new programming language kotlin instead of java?

I started android development recently. few day back google introduced kotlin. I have been learning java for 2 month's. so should I learn both languages at a time?

you should learn the 2 language , it is not complicated if you already have knowledge of java . . I said this because it's important know many languages

if you started with java stay at it. It would be unnecessary work to learn the kotlin syntax. Also java is still the main language for android

I also think (but that is my personal opinion) that kotlin won't hold on long. I think it's going through a hype for about a month and then die out
