If More Than 3 Moderator Reported 1 Profile So That Profile Disable Automatically
If More Than 3 Moderator Downvoted 1 Question Or Answer So That Question Or Answer Delete Automatically

we should be able to delete a post instantly. if we abuse it, Sololearn can just roll it back. but instead, they like waiting until someone abuses the open system before they do anything about it. and even then, I see minimal effort.

I think that's what the gold mod badge is for...
too much power to untested mods may be a risk SL doesn't want to take, so testing that person for a period of 6 months b4 granting additional powers, is not a bad idea.
In my opinion as of now some of the mods could make good use of that power, some others may misuse it. Three is a good balance for deleting posts.
