If you win one more challenge in PHP, you will get some more XP.

we can only guess if it is involving challenge and code badge. if someone get badge (like epic badge) for C++ in challenge, he can get another one for different language ( like the latest language in challenge PHP) . but since the badge is already there, then only xp come up.
