Is Delphi dead?

Is Delphi still widely-used and I am simply not aware of it or are there other reasons for its decline?

According to TIOBE, it's still quite used, though it dropped 7 places last year, just to reach the 18th position.

Still more popular than, say, LOLCODE, though.

Delphi is far from dead. It's still well alive with thousands of developers using it every day.
It's still a growing language 😁
