You seem to be a little confused about your processors. Intel 8086 processor is a microprocessor used in early PCs and requires additional external support circuits. The 80x86 generation of processors reffers to the 8086, 80186, 80286, 80386, 80486, Pentium etc. 8086 code can be run on all of them but you cannot make 386 code run on a 286 etc. Arduino is a product/brand name. Arduino boards use Atmel AVR microcontrollers (most of them anyway). The Atmel AVR is not code compatible with the 80x86 series. Furthermore, the avr is a microcontroller not a microprocessor. Microcontrollers are like small self contained computers. They contain the program (usually in Flash memory), working ram, the cpu core and supporting peripherals - such as serial, spi, twi, i2c and parallel ports.
