It is happening with many people. It is not your server's problem. Instagram blocked many bots last month. You can make an another bot with Chromedriver and Selenium. Instagram cannot detect your bot if your bot is based on Chromedriver.

Damn, theres alot of bot makers here eh? I can guess, You used Selenium? Yeah, If you're IP was banned, I'd do these:
If it is temporary ban: Make a bot and wait til I'm unbanned then release the bot
If it is permanent: Cry.
