Rules of Copying Code (Stealing Code)

Question

If you copied someone code and he complained. your (stealing) code will be reported and removed
thats all no other punishment
but if you steal code from inactive user (like platinum or gold member), the mod can not report you, because the original coder is inactive (losing ability to complain)

its easy, just steal as many code as you can. claim their code as yours and beg for upvote. you'll get senior development fast with extra hundreds XP poin.
That is vulnerabilty that being exploit by many users
