@Malkon, can you list free tools which is better than the Dreamweaver? Dreamweaver don't generate dirty code. If you don't use it and don't know this tool, do not talk about it. It's very useful and saves mass of time, if you know how to use it. For TS it's not important, but it's convenient and useful.

Dreamweaver is for those who are too lazy and it can do basic stuff through drag and drop. If you arent scared of writing long codes, use editor (np++/sublime) PS : dreamweaver is not imoortant for web dev unless u wanna use it which is another thing.

No. You can develop web by using any text editor such as notepad. Dreamweaver is just a software to make things easier.

It depends on 'what you want' or 'who you are'. To those that do not want to soil their hands and get dirty in writing codes, using Software like Dreamweaver is good and important. To those who love writing codes, Dreamweaver is just a plus not important; it makes the job done faster by generating the codes while you just click on buttons...still, there are things you have to add the code, in other to have the Software do the task exactly the way you want.

Use anyone of Sublime Text3, Atom.io or Visual Studio Code editor is good enough. Web developers never need Dreamweaver or any IDE editors.

@DMT, how do u know I don't know what I'm talking about? Calm down, man, it's just my opinion, this is a community and we're arguing. In my opinion, by principle any free software is better than proprietary software and about being lazy, this was a joke, relax. Here is a list of alternatives, in my opinion, better than Dreamweaver: https://opensource.com/alternatives/dreamweaver https://www.theguardian.com/technology/askjack/2009/feb/19/alternatives-dreamweaver-opensource I'm not against building websites with tools like dreaweaver, but since the developer knows what he's doing, otherwise unnecessary things are added to the code so it gets dirty and it becomes difficult to read and modify. Furthermore dirty code is perfect to have bugs and be exploited.
