I would still try to find others who share the same vision. Being the best programmer in the world won't make any difference as long as you do not inspire other people with your ideas and your behaviour.

I will hack into Chinese banks, fake launder money to government officials. Then hack into major news sites and publish this info to stir the public. I will use some of the bank money to hire mercenaries and fake protesters. Then I will create drones to explode on oil reserves and drones to cut power lines. Then I will shut off water. This will incite riots and it will be my chance to use the chaos to finally change the mandate of heaven to someone else. That someone will be a puppet of mine.
Of course, I'm not the best programmer... thus I can't invade the Ryukyu Islands. They are simply too powerful for a mere mortal. that is why I listed it, because only the most perfect and powerful programmer could stand up to the three mountain empire.
