There may be ways...but you can make it slightly easier on yourself by noticing SL batches 20 at a time (which requires you to 'fling scroll'...otherwise it preloads off-panel). Scroll down fast, the next batch is 20...etc.
20*flings(all must pause) + last set = following
I get 145 for you...but I didn't spend more than a second on that, so I might be off an increment :)

Unfortunately, counting is the only way.

look at the top right corner of you screen. (I hope you is like mine)
You should see a humanoid icon. click it.
Now, beside you name you will see this icon again with a number. click it.
In the new page there is a tab of those that are following you and a tab for those you are following.
