@Nikhil.Ok I know this isn't for getting really followers, I know exactly what you mean, I was just wondering because some are level 12 with 2.2K followers and others on level 12 with only 150 followers...

Alex is a permanent fixture on the "follow list".
when one joins sololearn, Alex is among the first on the "to follow " suggestions,
and since he has 20k plus followers, a beginner like me thinks he is famous around here,
until we gel in, and get to meet the real deals.
