guys i made an website using java HTML5 CSS3 n PHP now I have searched on Google that how it's starts working I have got many results about that server domain and all stuff but please can anybdy here explain in easy way that how it's starts working and will it be costly ...

Well, maybe they call 'publish' the access with a custom domain name ^^
