Of course,that notepad++)).The best.Because you can choose what the language you will be write in,and it will be highlight the desired tags and attributes.I think it is the best choice👍👍

Eclipse for Java, GNU for C/C++, IDLE for Python. Though Atom editor is worth a try.

i used to use notepad++ first, then sublime text 2. now I use visual studio code. it's awesome. it even lets you download custom extensions to make it feel as you want.
