What is the degree applied for programming? Computer Science or Computer Engineer? What is the difference between the two?

So that i can decide what course I will choose on college.

In Computer Science, you mainly learn to software side of computers, focusing mostly on how to program. As for being a Computer Engineer, that's mostly the hardware side; engineering computers and conpiter parts.
