Stop fighting for XP

Question

why people are fighting for XP? people afraid of losing thier Xp, some people encouraging others how to gain Xp with bla bla blaa tricks, accept challenges form these not from thoses, I think this is a bad thing. if you less challenge, you less practice & if you less practice..? welll enough. hope you got my point.

Danish, they treat it as a game, and in a game, people want to have their level to the top.
However, I agree with you and we should not greed of likes/XP unless we deserves it.

@Serena you get xp by likes and Best answers on 'funny' answers , so its not directly proportional.
XP should be a non-issue/secondary target..

Yep. gaining XP is a secondary factor. Learning should be our primary focus/concern.
