Where do i download C#?

Ive tried to look for C# downloads and i see alot of versions. Which one is the best and which one should i get?

Unity is great too. It uses c#.

I'd recommend to install Visual Studio 2017 from Microsoft.

by far C# 6.0 is THE BEST...you can download it from

www.visualstudio.com

You can download the whole studio and explore the other features coming with it. make sure while installing, enable SQL server express (i think it comes with it) or anything relating to SQL server. it will be super handy if you are a C# enthusiast like me

Also enable MVC if there is an option and of course ASP.net, you will need the one fine day
