Most fastest framework: Ruby on Rails

I think Ruby on Rails is the best framework because you can develop an web in less than half hour.I'm learning it but I need to say something:"If you like back-end and short code, probably your language is Ruby. Why?Because programming in Ruby is easy and a sucesfull way to became progammer".Next,I say sololearn to make tutorials about frameworks, "A languaje whit no frameworks is like an constructor digging a hole whit their hands".
