Which is the Best Video Editing software??

This is a programming Q&A, not video editing. There are plenty of other sources that tell you, or even (prepare yourself) video editing forums. There seems to be a good one on Reddit.

But anyhow, since I'm here, I'd personally recommend OpenShot.

not the place to ask, but I'll answer. If you pirate stuff and have an moderately powerful PC, premiere Pro cc. Bit difficult to learn, but has loads of options and is powerful. Sony Vegas is simpler, less powerful, and is generally a bit easier to run. Movie studio is a shaved-down version of Vegas for a much lower price. VideoPad is really basic and free
