Why don't Sololearn approve suggested quizzes themselves?

I have suggested so many hard quizzes but only the very easy ones where approved, just because most raters don't know the answers to the hard ones they would dislike it.

I believe that they should select some good players who are going to do the final rating if it's too big for them!

I think they get too many people submitting questions since has millions of people using their apps
