Nothing will happen to you. The quiz will be rated by the community and then SoloLearn will approve or decline it. Let's hope it is declined, because you're sure it is wrong ^^

Back then, I've always forgotten to modify quiz lang type and end up submitting a bunch of C++ quizzes for JS. Happens.
