How can I report someone using Web/PC?

I'm using sololearn on web in my PC, and is there a way here to report someone? If not, then I would like to have both of these people banned. I included the link of their account next to their name. I'm taking the Javascript Intermediate course, in the lesson titled "The Math Object", the last question is: What's the result of the following expression: Math.sqrt(81) It's an easy math question yet people in the comments are raging against it. Agmon Blynkos (https://www.sololearn.com/profile/29000176) said: "Really teaching people math, people already know about the function that literally DOES IT FOR THEM. Don't make people into doing something THE THING YOU TEACH HOW TO DO MAKES IT ITSELF. Not that I'm bad at math but many are so Don't put accent on it" The Doppert Foxtrot (https://www.sololearn.com/profile/27907200) said: This is simple, but what about people who suck at math? This is a coding course not a math course. This is not an exhaustive list. When the question is very easy people would say something like "the answer is so obvious, mac and cheese is not a variable type. Very bad way to teach people". And if the answer is hard people would say "sololearn should take english classes instead, bad choice of words for the question". I could make this a post but the feed, and posting is not available on web, only on mobile. So again, is there a way here to report these guys?

Yes, we’ve had some issues with those reports going through. What Justice suggested is a good way to follow up on any report, or you can email [email protected]. The latter is a great way to followup, especially if you have screenshots you’d like to share.

D Shah 🎯⏳️ Because he is a PC user, the links are structured differently. They're proper links but can only be viewed via a browser not in app. Typically as app users, we share links that have "/?ref=app" at the end and Capitalized url(api) routes versus the lowercase url route that PC has.

I've seen similar type of comments in C# course... People are raging due to not being able to complete a question either because they don't understand what to do or due to case-sensitivity of a language. However, I didn't have any major problems with the course... It's like asking a coffee machine to give you tea, and then getting angry... Bunny , I've reported some of these comments that break the rules through the app few days ago, and I'm not sure whether or not these reports have been delivered successfully? Because, when I look back at comments (to see if anyone replied, as comments section doesn't work properly with new courses, was emailed to Sololearn), I see the comments reported which are still there. Also, as I remember last time, you didn't see any reports from me? (Which was also emailed to Sololearn)

Thank you Justice for the info! Didn't notice that before. Learned something new about links today.

What are those links of the people you shared? Those links does not redirect me to profile links of that person, instead it opens my open profile.

So you want people banned because they are complaining about something in the comments? That's so petty and childish. I think you should be banned for this post.

It's childish to see the complains rather than punishing people for breaking rules... James Lewis
