guys, is it normal to be very hard at the beggining and dont understanding some things?

Its completely normal.
But,if you want to see changes in your skill level,then you have to practice everyday..Don't be disheartened if it's taking time for you to grasp a concept..Just stick to it,and you'll be doing fine.

of course it is :D just don't forget to pratice as @Tiyam said, and look for different sources, then everything will be fine, that's what i always say.

I'm not sure what your learning plans are but if you're looking for some guidance then I'd suggest you learn in this order:
For Web development:
-1st HTML
-2nd CSS
-3rd Javascript
-4th JQuery
-5th PHP
-6th SQL
For Software development:
-Python
-C++
-Java
-C#
-Swift
-Ruby
The software development order can be played with but you shouldn't stray from the Web development order. Learning has always been a challenge but luckily Sololearn does make it better and you have a huge community to look to for support.
Always remember that nothing great has ever come easy.
