Why can't I use DM and open my messages? 💬

I have already activated my account, but every time I try to open DM I see the following:

"Please activate your account and keep learning to enable messenger. Activation instructions have been sent to your email"

Your account already is verified. The messaging function unlocks after ~3 weeks.

Yes, keep learning and if it doesn't work, you can write to [e-mail] and describe the issue.

I've had the same and phone notifications tell me I've received some DM from followers but I can't see them in the app. I wonder if they will be viewable when it unlocks in a few days?

Thanks Lisa , I was about to email Sololearn again. Overall I think it's one of the best apps for code learning with the benefit of community support via different communication routes.
