With a fancy word, they are in the Cloud, on Sololearn's infrastructure. This way you don't have to worry about backup if your phone is lost or damaged or switched, you can access the same codes from multiple devices and from Sololearn website as well. It makes sense because Sololearn also provides the facilities to run these codes, the compilers and interpreters are not running on client side.
If you want to keep a more professional and decent record of your coding journey or your future projects, it is worth learning Git version control. Then you can make code repositories on GitHub, GitLab or other services, and mirror the code on your filesystem.

I can't speak for the OP but I've also wondered. I generally use a mobile device and the files do not appear to be saved on the device, possibly only on Sololearn's server. So I can't just copy the code bits into a folder and use in different compilers. If I want to do that then I have to manually copy a code and paste it into the other compiler. It's tedious, especially if you have dozens.

If you are on your own computer they are on the folder your source codes are
If you are talking about solo learn, they are on sololearn servers and you cannot access them unless permitted to do so , usually if the lesson needs you to
