Common heart refill bug?

Question

I was trying to finish my javascript course and had 1 heart left, got 1 answer wrong, 0 hearts, didn't give me the option to refill my hearts through bits, i have 1000+ so i should be able to refill.
Well, i couldn't so i exited the test to see if re-entering would trigger the refill option, but couldn't manage to re-enter the test, tried a lot of times, refreshed the page, nothing.
So i waited, to see if my hearts would refill as they always do. Well, 5 hours and nothing, still can't buy the hearts with bits. I want to finish my course, so i seek help and answers, anyone knows a way to fix it? will i get my hearts refilled after some more time? how much? should i contact support?
I hope i can get an answer.

Clear app cache, reboot device. If that doesn't help, contact sololern support.

Can you tell more about it, that "nothing happening means - is it not showing any option? It should show leave or stay pop-up. Or other options of pro, bits, ..!
Yes. You should mail the report or by in-app option. If possible, send screen shot or recording about bug details to understand it and get quick response..

After 5 hours only one heart is refill why ?? Why 5 hearts not refill I waited almost 25 hours to refill all the 5 hearts please solve this problem

I have been experiencing this problem for the past couple days but it looks like it was fixed because I can buy hearts again.
