help , i can't access my account cause i don't remember the email that i used to log in with ,all i have is the username but you can't login with username , is there any way to find the email address related to my account?

yes. That's only possible way they can find mail id. Further, if your request is processed within rules then they can proceed. otherwise sry, or they may say other possible ways if any.

Look at it from the other perspective: How would sololearn know this profile belongs to you if you only know the profile name (which is public to all users)?

What I mean "they can't find mailid with user name Or password."
Database never give you passwords..
Only possible way is :
Find your profile link. And send a request to give respected mail id. But still they can't send credentials to the mail, which you are requesting. But not to mail from you requested.
May be other ways possible but you need profile id. Then SL can say possible ways.. Try to Find your profile from search ..

Here the username is "emil id" only.
But do you mean "profile name"?
Generally people forgot passwords..
You can only find it out by memorising your all mail id and try which one correct!
You can search for " Your profile name" and get profile link. Then you can request SL for a reply to your mail id. But you need to loggin to know that. Sololearn can't tell you because of privacy issue I think, even if you find profile link.

If you cannot prove that it is your account, you have no chance to get access to it.

From which mailid you send?
They are able to reply only in the user name mail link. How can they find that id requested is your or someone else?
They have their limitations to take actions. Even with us they each time they request to share mail ids for every new activity., even it's profile details are fully visible to them. So am relating this to your issue..
And also, they can find depending upon profile name.. There are be many dublicates.. And password is abstract for any one. They can't do anything, that's why they provide to reset Option if you forget.
So here what your expectation by username and password sharing, how they able to find it..?
Yes. It may take time.. They get tons mails every days.. So it's take time..
Actually from which mail you send request? Is userid is profile name?

Exactly same with SL can question
"How can SL know you are the original requested ? ", you only can know or proof, if there is anyway..
Then only SL or any other SL like can proceed, of course only when there is a possible way as you expecting...
Others use user name as unique one, but SL way use "Mailid" as unique one, not profile name. There are tons of profile names with none name for example, generally thinking..

did you tried to find profile link by search in SL by yourself?

I think no way. They can't touch any ones passwords. There exists algarithms for checking user name exist and then password matching with user name but not other way of " Finding user name with password".. Passwords are can't accessible. If accessible , then think your password, my or any one passwords may also be same..
Profile id is just a parameter here. It's not unique. Mailid is unique so only mail id, you can get related info.
In otherways, if you search, you can get lot of dublicates..
Try in search by "find your friend option", type your user name then you can get all user name profiles. From those, ypu only can find, what is your account, no one others..

Jayakrishna🇮🇳 it was just a way to prove my identity , i know it involve alot of procedures but it's the only way they can prove the ownership of that accout , otherwise they can just contact the database admin to give me my email , i worked hard for that account

Well, you need the email to login as it verifies that it is your account.

sometimes browsers store the login data. click on the login fields, see what it suggests you as mail
