Can you help me with this Selection Sort explanation?

I already understand the flow of the code but I cannot understand the syntax there was inside the function, I wanna understand it code by, code,because I have to explain it tomorrow to my teacher and my grades are based on how I explain it 😭, pls help me.

Here is the theory part.. Generally everyone asks the algorithm you used.. If your teacher asking the code that means teacher wants to know how much you understood coding... For that, you need to take the course and understand it.. practice.
