With HTML and CSS you can try designing different parts of the page, or page itself with different parts like header, sidebar, main bar, footer and other container.

1. Start by drawing them on a piece of paper.
2. Put the design using your knowledge on coding.
3. You can also try designing different already designed pages such a google home page, sololearn pages and many more.

For other programming languages you can start by performing different coding challenges on sololearn and other websites with such contents.
