How can I answer another comment?

It might look stupid but I dont find the option of answering another comment in a discussion.
Can sb help?

There is no reply option, but you can tag person so he/she can get notification.
To tag type @ and select user from list or start typing name, and you will find it.
Note: you can reply on comments on feed, or code, but not here in Q&A, to do this click on reply button and type your message.
