Can I add my sololearn certificate in my CV

In my experience, potential employers are more interested in seeing what you're capable of doing than what certificates you've earned. You could add the course title to the education section of your CV, but it would be even better to put a link to your github account or wherever you can show off a project using what you learned in the course.

Yes you can use but Sololearn doesn't provide real certificates because you are doing self learning, you are not paying for it so doesn't make sense.
