Depending on how in-depth you need it to be, you'll need a team. You might need people who know how to teach children, people to program, maybe someone to design everything.
If you want something simple, there are several websites available for free. For example, for English, the bbc has a few websites available for different levels.

Your idea is a lovely, noble one. I'm sorry to say that I'm not comfortable giving any contact details publicly online.
I would also recommend that you be careful. I've seen in your codes that you have your age and information about your family and location. I think it's best to remove/change that.
The internet is full of wolves and sharks that prey on whom they can. If you have truly shared your age, and your username is your real name. You are an open target.
As for help, I'm not in the position to do much at this current time. I also code on my phone and here is a great forum, full of helpful and knowledgeable people. If you need coding help, search here then ask the question, share your code and most of the time the issue is fixed and quickly.

First you need to have an idea of how you will teach them. Eg. Make them do exercises or directly put video content. In both you will need experts in that subject to guide you.
