Random text generator

Hi there please kindly please help me, I want this tool to generate random text but in a specific format.
I have a drop down list with North with a value of NOD, East value of EAD, South value of SOU, Central value of CED.

So I would like when I select a District the random generated value to start with the district value. Eg if I select North it must say
NOD-HGFY467GJ

Thanks once again im super happy and working fine now im facing a different issue where the tool generates the random number more once at some point. I dont know how to avoid this other than adding special char, lower char, upper to the random text
