No XP added anymore?

Question

Since a month I do not receive any XP anymore. I kick some asses with challenges, 200 days present on Sololearn but do not get any XP! What happened? I got stuck on 29997 and then drops to 19965, winning a challenge for 37XP and I am back on 29997....

you don't have activity in last 6 months..!!!

Your current xp is 29997.
Your profile is not showing any challenge you won since a year.
Only completed a challenge, draw a month ago.
New xp system is underway from last 2 months, which don't deduct xp in any way. A win give you only 5xp. Streak gives you 2xp on alternative days and some special days.. You can see on link.
But your profile wheel showing something different. If anything missing here, mailto : [email protected] with sufficient details... Hope it helps..

I don't know if it's related but sometimes I see people with perfect streaks shown as absent in their weekly attendance chart on their profile. Like all red X's. The updates keep coming but this has happened since May, I think? I'd seen Solo's profile like that(600+), asked about it to them in mail(as well as old interface showing up at times, I thought they were related). They asked me to send screen shots, which I had to go hunting for. It was AJ's profile with which that happened again, lol with 1500+ streak or something. I sent it. They said they'd look into it, and then I received a mail saying the problem was solved if I'm not mistaken.
It still happens. But it's only others that I see as absent like that. Yours is the opposite case(applied to XP display). I still think it might be related.
Looks like they need to do some more work with the app.

Not true. I won at least 20 challenges in which I earned 37 XP (at least that is what the challenge states) and needed to get 5 XP per day for opening Sololearn and some extra every 30th time..... And even with a new XP system I should have some XP in a month time but did not get any.

Ha ha, won again a challenge and now the XP dropped to 29970. See posts above: xp was 29997. So there is definitely something wrong here.
