Programming Project

Question

I'm doing the python core course and I have aproblem with one of the programming tasks. With the programming project involving files, I put in the code I thought was right but when I pressed run to see if I was correct it said there was a problem. I do t think I have any problems with the internet. Could be because I don't have the text file being used on my phone?
