what is the main purpose of using<div>
as an <inline block > element works same

instead of <header>, <article> , <section> etc.. <div> tags can be used
In HTML5 div tag is a block element
and it is a container for elements in HTML
You can even use css to style div tags using either id or class attribute
it's up to you
