How to make a professional profile

I'm just looking for advice and good examples of making your own professional development profile. An example would be a website but I don't know really what to add and how to structure it to make it professional.

we'll add what languages and frameworks you know, as well as niches. host or link to github for projects you made. also list your favorite anime and ask for cookie donations

From some examples sites I've seen, it looks like I'm going to have to have accounts with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc to have people follow me and read up on me easier.
