I cant refill hearts with bits even though i have more than enough

Title says it all, this is happening with both accounts i currently use (one was my 1st and the other is kind of to redo evertyhing to check myself how much i retained while doinng the courses)

so this is currently broken, or...? it happens on pc not only on mobile and before i´d refill as much as i wanted if i had the required bits-

Well I contacted support as suggested but had no answer as of today, anyone else experienced this and knows any way to work around it? i have like 500 bits and refill costs 40.
