Modern neural networks?

I just want to ask, what is the opération i need to do to let my neural network learn, and Also what's the modern neural networks? And why we need deep learning...

I assume you are not talking about actual brain surgery :)
The term "training a model" is used to determine the parameters of a machine learning algorithm, in context of a specific data set, to achieve sufficiently high predictive power.
How to do this in practice, depends on the programming language and the framework used. Frameworks do the hard work of implementing the difficult math parts for us, but we still need to understand the concept how it works, so we can use it effectively.
Neural network and deep learning are the same concept, they represent a branch of ML called 'unsupervised learning', and the model is trying to achieve the best outcome by analysing a huge number of statistical data points.
