Guide to getting a tech job if possible

I’m not looking mostly for a website but really first hand experience from someone on what it would take to get a tech job. I’ve been working on Java and Python and im done with about 70% of Java and 52% of Python and it’s hard but I wanted to know if it’s just worth it to get into a boot camp or does anyone know what it would take to get a tech job and go up from there. I tried asking for a raise at my other job as a courier and it was demoralizing today just trying to ask I felt nervous.

Hi Nick M A boot camp will open the doors to many great opportunities. It is far better than trying to figure everything out on your own. Doing so could take years. And you would still be missing some important skills. Boot camps can be great but they aren't for everyone. Coding bootcamps are intensive, accelerated learning programs. And they can be very expensive. But If none of that concerns you then why not? According to statistics, overall, 79% of coding bootcamp grads are employed full-time and take 1-6 months to get their first job. Although there is no one-size-fits-all job search process, networking with other tech professionals and taking full advantage of the coding bootcamp's career services are key components of landing your first job. A coding boot camp can put you in reach of the type of company you'd like to have for success.
