Quizz time XI Back to the future.

Question

in the future, a mad engineer accidently found time machine. he use the machine to go back in the past and change history (by stealing idea from Bill Gates, Steve Job, and Larry Page).
he go at 20.30 , November 2 2040. he turn the machine to back
1899999000 second in the past.
he arrived at somewhere in the past.
after a while future police arrest him and transport back to the future exactly at 2 am in August 20 1980.
Question
how many time the mad engineer spent his time in the past?

I also get 22 hours when I run your code. I don't understand what's going on, could it be due to different time zones or daylight saving?
