once upon a time, Cyrus bought many lollipop candy. each lollipop had a stick.
after eating 181 lollipops, someone told him if he could get 1 free lollipop by exchange his 13 lollipop sticks.
so Cyrus went to Lollipop Shop and exchange all Sticks he had. the shop attendant gladly accepted Cyrus sticks.

Ok this is bow I understood:
after eating 181 lollipops he had 181 sticks.
someone gave him 13 sticks for a lollipop. now he had 181 + 13 sticks = 194.
he went to the shop and exchanged each 13 stick for 1 lollipop.
so 194 divided by 13 = 14 lollipops.
so the answer is 14.

This is how it works.
Has 181 sticks. Gives 13. Has 168. Gets 1 more stick. Has 169.
.....
Has 25 sticks. Gives 13. Has 12. Gets 1 more stick. Has 13.
Has 13 sticks. Gives 13. Has 0. Gets 1 more stick. END.
So, 181 + 181/12 = 196.
Total of 196 and he got 15 from sticks.
