How can I write a code in which when someone fills my form i am notified

Will like to know how creat a link between my email and form
So that when everyone the form is filled i can see the person’s information

You could link something to the submit button. Then you'll receive a notification that it's been submitted.

Why are you doing this? users' data usually go to a database, not e-mail address.
