SEO: home page and redirects

Hi!

My home page of my website must be used in part to redirect to dozens of articles.
There is only text and decorations between the links.

But for SEO what can I use?
-A list, heading tags, paragraph or something else? What do you think is best?

Heading, img alt attribute, meta tags, keywords

I’m only talking about a number of links to other pages here. So no pictures etc...

Would you recommend headings for that, then?
