Should there be a FAQ section or a question suggestion like on stackoverflow when you type in a question?

I noticed certain question are asked again and again. Should there be a FAQ section or a question suggestion like on stackoverflow when you type in a question (you know when you type in a question in the header, then it will automatically suggest you question with a similar content)?

Actually, you can search for posts as well. So if you want to ask a question, you can just search to check if it has been asked already.
