[SOLVED] Push notifications affect my results on challenges during game time. How can I fix this?

Question

My phone service provider sends me commercial push notifications (SMS mostly about new offers), whenever I'm playing challenges and I get one of these push notifications the SoloLearn app quits the challenge as if I had exited it on purpose. It's affecting my results, eventhough the app will let me resume the challenge, it will count that question I was on as wrong.
I'm on an old version, Android 4.4.2 (Galaxy S5). Any suggestions? Maybe SoloLearn developers can fix this?

Paola, you really should update your OS to at least 5.0 - they introduced an advanced push notification management system there. In the 4.x family, you have to revoke the PUSH rights app by app.
